- Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment issues.
- Maintain and support automated assembly equipment and conveyor systems.
- Utilize standard maintenance tools, including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions using the company s maintenance management system.
- Support multiple maintenance disciplines, including industrial electrical, automation, mechanical, and plumbing, as well as general building and grounds upkeep.
- Assist with facility improvement projects, including construction, remodeling, and painting as needed.
- Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in alignment with OSHA standard including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing general housekeeping duties.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Education level is a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or associate degree in maintenance or related field preferred.
- 1-2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills working collaboratively in a team environment, with the ability to work independently. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance management systems. Willingness to learn and develop skills through ongoing training and have a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English language to understand instructions and other writings from work instructions or sharing to teams.
- May require occasional travel between two site locations within the Cincinnati area.
