The Role

We are looking for a lead technician to head up the service side of Emperia Auto . We are a BMW-focused shop and dealership that handles everything from enthusiast performance builds to general repair and dealer inventory reconditioning.

This isn't a traditional dealership "flat-rate" job. You will have a high degree of autonomy—essentially managing your own bay and schedule—without the overhead or stress of shop ownership.

The Work

• Customer Service: Diagnostics and repair on modern BMW platforms (E, F, and G chassis) and various other makes.
• Inventory Management: Performing PPIs and reconditioning on our dealership's incoming inventory to ensure it meets our sales standards.
• Growth: We are looking for someone to grow with the shop. As we scale in size and volume, you will take on more responsibility in shop operations and leadership.

What We Need

• Expertise: Solid experience with modern BMW engines (N55, B58, S-series) and diagnostic software (ISTA/ESYS).
• Versatility: The ability to efficiently handle trade-ins and various makes/models when they come through the door.
• Professionalism: You’re organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Tools: You have your own professional toolset (specialty BMW tools provided by the shop).
