Technical Education and Solutions Specialist

Citizens National Bank has an excellent opportunity available at our Operations Center in Bluffton, Ohio for a Technical Education and Solutions Specialist. In this role you will maintain and support the bank's CRM system and implement CRM system functionalities.

A typical day may include the following:

• Maintain and support the bank's CRM system: Design, configure, and meet the needs of user groups and customers.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for the CRM system including new hire orientation.
• Monitor updates to hosted solutions and coordinate internal responses.
• Develop and recommend CRM system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications to meet company objectives and resolve user issues.
• Establish CRM best practices and promote their use.
• Administer bank training software and maintain updated archives of training resources.
• Collaborate with lines of business and CRM Committee on various initiatives.
• Provide backup support for Branch Operations Training Specialist's portion of new hire orientation.
• Analyze and evaluate the integrity and quality of CRM system data.
• Attend project meetings as needed to gain a higher-level understanding of new projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must possess stellar communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with online presentation software such as WebEx is preferred.
