Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Picker Packer to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment while following detailed recipes and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and continuously monitor production machinery to ensure proper performance
· Follow detailed recipes, work instructions, and production specifications accurately
· Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift
· Maintain attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety standards are met
· Make basic adjustments to machines as needed and report any issues promptly
· Keep work areas clean and organized
· Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely
· Comfortable working around machines that require constant movement and monitoring
· Flexibility to work changing shift hours based on customer demand
· Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
· Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
· Fast-paced production setting
· Standing and moving for most of the shift
· Schedule may vary depending on workload and customer needs
