**Job Description**
As a Clinical Laboratory Consultant at Oracle Health, you will impact patient safety at our client sites by performing clinical review and validation testing, including writing running and auditing test scripts in client databases. Successful Clinical Laboratory Consultants demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and are able to give and receive feedback in a professional manner. The Clinical Laboratory Consultant role requires a self-starter that is able to work well in a team environment.
**Responsibilities**
**Job Description:**
+ Creates and assists in the documentation of client Blood Establishment Computer Software validations.
+ Performs and evaluates clinical review of client database design and build, creating recommendations as needed.
+ Performs regulatory review and risk analysis as needed.
+ Executes manual, exploratory and automated test scripts.
+ Logs, tracks, troubleshoots and escalates (when necessary) issues identified during testing.
+ Maintains testing evidence for each test as proof of validation.
+ Performs quality assurance audits of validation documentation.
+ Design complex validation test scripts in accordance with standard blood banking practices and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage complex client relationships to achieve targeted outcomes
+ Influence client workflow design strategy
+ Mentors and trains new associates in the testing community.
+ Designs and writes complex multi-workflow test scripts.
**Required** :
+ Previous experience as Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist
+ Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft applications
+ Ability to perform routine tasks with great attention to detail
+ Ability to give and receive feedback in a professional manner
+ Ability to work autonomously in a group setting
**Preferred** :
+ Transfusion Medicine/Blood Bank experience
+ Experience in a healthcare or clinical laboratory setting
+ Project management experience

US: Hiring Range in USD from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
