Provides program coordination to ensure the clients are met ad services meet contract and/or certification requirements.

Coordinates staff and the program's clinical activities and reports/updates, Clinical Director and Coordinators on status.

Documentation of Progress Notes within Medical Health Records.

Reviews charts on a weekly basis with staff to ensure audit ready charts. Supports audit practices for the program. Emails staff and copies the Director, Managers and Admin Support o the outcome of auditing results with follow up email for any needed corrections with reports/updates to Clinical Director.

Provides Clinical Director with weekly programs status on meeting documentation requirements and timelines.

Implementation of Treatment Plans. Responsible for coordination for and linkage of clients based upon stated needs and goals in the treatment plan.

Demonstrate leadership with emphasis on taking initiative, advocating for the client, promoting teamwork and developing the staff to expand their capabilities and encourage them to learn new skills.

Field Work requirements, Job and Family Services, Court Dates, Clothing, Housing and Food Resources.

Maintain assigned case load, achieve productivity expectation based on program contract and /or program needs.

Effectively engages and interacts with clients and families demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Handles all clients interactions in a professional manner using effective reflective skills and seeks to understand others divergent views.

Assists clients in articulating personal goals for recovery and determining objectives/steps needed to reach their goals.

Advocates on the clients behalf within the community and referral based services as necessary to assist the client in recovery/independent living processes.

Helps clients to recognize and utilize their own strengths, skills, talents and abilities to increase the client's independence and self-sufficiency in the community.
