Assistant Property Manager
Assistant Property Manager – Cincinnati, OH 45215
$21–22/hr (based on experience) | M–F 8:30am–5pm | Contract Role

Job Summary
You will support leasing, resident relations, and administrative operations at a multifamily community. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to navigate daily tasks with a customer‑service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident communication
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Support rent collections and prepare notices when needed
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-up with residents
- Provide strong customer service to residents, vendors, and onsite teams
Requirements:
- Previous property management or leasing experience
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office environment
- AppFolio experience
- Knowledge of fair housing and basic property operations
