Description The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting program leadership in compliance with external licensing agencies and regulatory requirements related to admissions and discharges. The position will perform assigned clerical duties, data entry and assistance to the program in maintaining client records. Other key responsibilities include performing assigned clerical duties such as typing, copying, mail handling and filing. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for submission of billable data to the billing office and the tracking and filing of billable documentation. The Administrative Assistant manages information, creates reports and assists the program staff and Program Director. This part time position will be approximately 20 hours/week.- This position is based out of the Cincinnati office with travel to the Clermont office one day per week required.
- Processes/scans/uploads client Information in electronic health record (EHR)
- Manages billing Functions (where applicable)
- Provides Program Support
- Receptionist Coverage
- Maintains current computer skills
- Liaisons with other offices to stay current with computer needs and maintain an electronic link for data entry, email, etc.
- Completes data entry, tracking and electronic submission of billing data within specified timelines
- Maintains client files as well as any files assigned by the Office Manager or Program Director
- Stays current on Pressley Ridge policies and procedures while maintaining a proper work environment that meets state and federal regulations
- Generates reports as requested by the Office Manager or Program Director
- Maintains sufficient amounts of forms and supplies and making these easily accessible to staff
- Ensures office equipment is working properly
- Completes any other duties the Office Manager/Program Director determines to be necessary to ensure a smooth, quality operation
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
- Clearances. State, FBI, and Child Protection as per state regulations.
- Physical Demands. Requires vision, speech, and hearing
- Environmental Factors. Normal administrative office environment
- Working Hours. Mon- Friday as set by the Program Director
- High School or better
- Associates or better in Business Administration
- 1 year: Office experience
