Project Manager

Duration: 6 months with possibility for extension

Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and support small to mid-size projects within a business and technology environment. This role focuses on project delivery, process improvement, stakeholder management, and driving technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through implementation
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and project plans
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical paths
• Identify and define ambiguous processes and drive standardization
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams
• Analyze current processes and recommend technology-driven improvements
• Lead change management, communication, and training initiatives
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage project financials including budgets and forecasts
• Coordinate vendor engagement and resource planning
• Prepare executive-level reports and project updates
• Ensure alignment with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of project management or process improvement experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365)
