Compensation:
- Competitive base salary depending on experience ($65,000 - $75,000)
- OTE Low - High in Year 1 ($85,000 - $105,000) with recurring commission on repeat relationships
- Performance-based bonus opportunities on both new and existing business

Key Attributes:
Ability to Make and Maintain Personal Connections: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the greater Cleveland market.
Target Market Focus: Specialize in the 24/7 emergency response sector.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Track interactions, marketing spend, and conversion history.
Self Starter: Ability to brainstorm, develop, and execute on fun and interactive events that encompass all stakeholders. Develop outreach plan with support from President.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Restoration DASH or alternative, to optimize sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with plumbers and property managers in the greater Cleveland market for collaborative opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the 24/7 emergency response sector.
- Track and analyze interactions, marketing spend, and conversion rates using CRM tools to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials.
- Generate creative ideas for events, meetings, and outings to enhance business relationships and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Development Specialist and Account Executive is preferred but not a requirement.
- Ability to handle a complex and fast moving environment.
- Competitive and energetic, someone who is willing to hunt for new business.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with emergency response services and the plumbing industry is a plus but a requirement.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as DASH or alternative is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a pre-employment back and drug screening.
