What You Will Do:

• Culinary Excellence: Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.

• Maintain the Standard: Uphold IGC's high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.

• Safety First: Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.

• Collaborate: Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Solve & Support: Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest focused operation.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience: At least 1 year of BOH | Culinary experience in a high volume or premium environment.

• Knowledge: A strong understanding of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.

• Reliability: You have consistent transportation and a team first attitude.

• Communication: Honest, open communication with your peers, managers, and leadership.
