EnterpriseDB Corporation seeks Team Lead Support Engineer in Boston, MA.

Job Description : Work directly with customers to provide in-depth technical troubleshooting and recommend appropriate workaround(s) and solutions for all EDB product lines and open-source PostgreSQL products. Collaborate with and mentor junior and mid-tier support engineers to triage issues, create reproducible test cases, file Development requests, and offer patches when possible. Develop and deliver training. Collaborate with Development resources, many of whom are core members and major contributors to the PostgreSQL community, to identify bugs and performance bottlenecks. Serve as the primary point of contact to premium customers on priority engagements. Manage and drive solutions for escalated issues. Document solutions, procedures, and standards for customers as well as for internal use. Telecommuting allowed for this position.

Minimum Qualifications : The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in a computer-related occupation. The position requires any amount of experience in all of the following: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL tools: pgpool, pgbouncer, Patroni, PEM, EPRS (xDB), EFM, MTK, CNP, pgbackrest, barman, replication manager; SQL, bash scripting, Docker & Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services and RDS, Microsoft Azure. Telecommuting allowed for this position.

Offered Wage: $178,131.00 per year
