Summary
Gain practical work experience through assisting in the management of the Student Recreation Center (SRC) and possessing knowledge of and enforcing facility policies and regulations.

Essential Functions
- Demonstrate mastery of all duties defined at the facility Attendant and Associate level.
- Manage facility.
- Possess knowledge of and enforce facility policies and regulations.
- Represent professional staff in their absence.
- Act as liaison between professional staff and student employees.
- Monitor student employees and report on their performance.
- Ensure facility is opened and closed at designated times.
- Periodically inspect sports equipment and facilities.
- Complete shift reports while reporting all absence and activity to professional staff.
- Maintain confidential material.
- Act as First Responder to accidents and incidents.
- Document all accidental injuries on accident report form and incidents on the incident report form; follow the medical emergency plan.
- Be familiar with and supervise all emergency procedures, such as building evacuations.
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Perform functions of other employees in their absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess all qualifications required by facility Attendant and Associate level staff.
- Has prior experience at the SRC.
- Be accountable, reliable, and able to take initiative.
- Possess high level of interpersonal skills.
- Completion of at least two (2) shadow shifts.
- Continuous standing.
- Regularly lift 20-50 pounds.
- Willingness to relocate a variety of fitness equipment.
