End User Support Level 2

The Level 2 End-User Support Specialist provides advanced technical assistance and ensures smooth IT operations across on-site and remote environments. This role involves supporting end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. **In this role, you will:** · Desktop Support (Desktop & Laptop Hardware, Windows 11 & Office 365) · · Printers (Adding, troubleshooting, maintenance kit installation) · Mobility (handheld scanner and mobile phone support) · Ticket management including follow up and escalation using Service Now solution · Continuous Improvement of the IT environment to better operations · Coordination between Wallenius Wilhelmsen Internal \ External Customers and IT Management on major incidents, process improvement, and new requirements · Production floor and typical office environment support · Executive support as required · On-site and remote support of other Wallenius Wilhelmsen offices as needed · Work with IT colleagues as part of a distributed international team **Work model:** At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
