Production Supervisor / Maintenance Technician

We’re partnering with a leading metal manufacturer in Cleveland, OH, seeking a Production Supervisor / Maintenance Technician to support their growing operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining production oversight with mechanical/electrical maintenance responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily production to meet output, quality, and safety targets
• Lead, train, and support production team members
• Schedule labor, assign tasks, and maintain efficient workflow
• Monitor production metrics and address performance issues
• Enforce safety, quality, and company policies
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales to meet delivery schedules

Maintenance Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Reduce downtime through proactive maintenance planning
• Coordinate major repairs and external service providers
• Maintain maintenance logs, records, and parts inventory
• Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective communicator with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
