Were seeking an energetic, self-motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Westerville, Ohio . If you enjoy helping people, take pride in your attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, wed love to hear from you. What Youll Do:
- Provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Quote and write personal lines policies
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates
- Support customers during the claims process
- Process payments and documentation accurately
- Strong sense of accountability and client focus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- A coachable , team-oriented attitude with a positive outlook
