Job Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated a REMARKable Grounds and Maintenance Team Members for a Full-time positions. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience.

The Maintenance Lead will assist restaurant leadership in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and will properly maintain restaurant equipment. As the Maintenance Lead, you will be provided the necessary tools and training needed to succeed in this position.

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain outside grounds- mowing lawn, trimming, plowing snow, etc.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Offloading inventory from daily truck deliveries
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust unit
• Maintain and report all building equipment need as necessary to restaurant leadership
• Be able to use hand and power tools
• Be able to handle basic repairs and maintenance
• Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Changing filters and performing boil outs of deep fryers
• Changing interior and exterior lights
• Cleaning windows as needed
• Power washing concrete sidewalks and drive thru lanes

Requirements:

• Mornings and some Saturdays Required
• High level of professionalism
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge and acumen of machinery
• Able to lift heavy boxes (40 lbs)
• Ability to flourish in a fast pace environment

You must possess skills for problem solving and “outside the box” thinking. The role requires efficiency, a high energy and attention to detail.
