Spray Technician
WinnScapes, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Landscape Fertilization Applicator. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of properties including commercial and residential, performing duties such as, lawn fertilization applications, aerations, tree and shrub applications, and professional and polite interaction with the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Participate in the application of fertilizers, chemicals and overall beautification of the property.
● Willingness to participate in continuing education of industry standards.
● Ensure safety, quality, and productivity of work.
● Participate in the day to day work activities of a landscape crew
● Participate in preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
● Participate in all snow removal activities.
Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of previous experience in application of fertilizer and other lawn sprays
● Valid Ohio Driver’s license
● Willingness to advance knowledge in the lawn care industry by becoming certified with the Ohio Department of Agriculture
● Comfortable in working well with a team in a fast paced field environment.
● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly
● Work outdoors in various conditions
