Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the management of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety protocols, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Work Schedule: 1st shift

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Duties

• Perform order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
• Handle heavy lifting and materials handling with care to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and improve warehouse efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices is essential.
• Experience operating forklifts or cranes is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
