Warehouse Associate
Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Streetsboro that is looking for a temporary Warehouse associate. This will start out as a 6 month temp assignment but could go permanent for the right candidate. Pay will be based on experience and the shift is 7:30am-4pm.
Job duties are following but are not limited to:- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy with database records
- Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and ship products
- Prepare cartons for shipment: packing, sorting, and labeling
- Stage products according to priority schedule or instructions
- Wrap and label pallets for shipment
- Operate weigh scales and other counting devices as needed
- Valid Drivers License with less than 2 points on your license
- RF Scanner experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating Turret, Reach, and Counterbalance forklifts
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and push up to 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to perform frequent walking, bending, kneeling
- Able to read and interpret shipping schedules, bills of lading, packing slips, and other documents
- Basic computer skills
