We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning, organizing, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

• Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records

• Order and manage office supplies and inventory

• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Support day-to-day office operations and coordinate with other departments

• Greet and assist visitors to the office

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
