Production Associate
Shift: Saturday-Monday 11:00AM-11:00PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support light-duty assembly and fabrication tasks. This role includes hand assembly, kitting, and the safe use of light hand or power tools to prepare products according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light assembly and fabrication tasks as directed.
- Complete kitting processes by organizing and preparing parts or components.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely for assembly tasks.
- Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow production schedules and meet established deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to work with hand and light power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
