Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Site Maintenance Manager to lead our North American Fulfillment Network. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers. You will develop and implement business and reliability plans, ensuring the continuous uptime of our facilities. Your innovative approach will drive maintenance best practices, enhance work methods, and standardize procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
Essential Skills
- 7 years of senior management/maintenance management experience.
- Experience working at organizations with 800+ employees.
- Experience managing teams of 75+ people.
- Strong job tenure.
- Bachelor's Degree.

Work Environment
This first shift position involves flexible hours depending on facility needs, ranging from 7 am to 4 pm. You will lead a team of over 80 technicians in a highly complex automated distribution center, providing daily support to 24/7 operations. Be prepared for on-call responsibilities to ensure smooth operations
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Toledo, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
-Base salary (typically capped around $150-170k)
-Sign-on bonus split over first two years (split evenly in their paychecks)
-RSU (Restricted Stock Units) grant over 4 years with a backloaded vesting schedule
-RSU Vesting Schedule:
-Year 1: 5% (split between 6 and 12 months)
-Year 2: 15%
-Year 3: 40%
-Year 4: 40%

-Total Compensation (TC) is the focus, not just base salary
-Stock has historically appreciated significantly (though past performance doesn't guarantee future results)
-RSUs are denominated in shares, not dollars, at time of grant
-Refresher grants typically start vesting after year 2
