Essential Functions/Responsibilities:-Master LSS Principles: Develops deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools to lead impactful projects.
-Drive Measurable Results: Executes projects delivering visible improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.
-Build Lasting Relationships: Connects and collaborates with managers and supervisors while educating them on the value of LSS.
-Facilitate Effective Meetings: Leads team discussions that encourage valuable input and inspire collaboration.
-Champion Your Team's Success: Works closely with project Champions to navigate obstacles and secures essential resources for your team.
-Mentor and Coach: Shares your knowledge by coaching Black Belt candidates, Yellow Belts, and team members while promoting ownership of projects.
-Celebrate Achievements: Ensures that your team's efforts and successes are publicly acknowledged and celebrated.Required Qualifications:-Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
-Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Must demonstrate a strong potential for leadership and the ability to build effective relationships.
-Problem Solving with Ease: Ability to lead teams through challenging situations and propose impactful improvements.
-Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to positively influence stakeholders.
-Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship and possess ability
to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:-Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET accredited institution in a technical degree (e.g., engineering, physics, or mathematics).
-Five (5) plus years experience including variety of experiences.
-Experience in the nuclear industry!
Pay: $66,000 - $101,000The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $66,000 and $101,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
