**NOW HIRING: GRIND / REGRIND OPERATOR**
Operations Department | Reports to Shift Supervisor
2nd shift Mon-Fri 3p-11p

### **WHAT YOULL DO:**

Operate grinding equipment to process materials
Prepare, package, and label regrind materials
Safely operate forklifts (tow motors) & pallet jacks
Ensure material quality, accuracy, and proper separation
Follow safety, food safety, and company procedures

---

### **WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:**

Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail & safety
Ability to lift 5075 lbs (with assistance)
Team player with solid work ethic
Ability to work overtime as needed
