Pool Installer/Plumber
Exterior Land Development is a leading residential Pool and Spa Construction, Softscape, and Hardscape Company. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Swimming Pool Installation Workers who can also contribute to our Hardscape crews. Responsibilities
- Perform pool excavation and layout
- Conduct rebar and concrete work
- Plumbing of pool piping and equipment
- Install pavers and other hardscape elements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Upbeat personality and positive attitude
- Experience operating construction equipment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- High mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take personal pride in work and have an eye for detail
- Hardworking in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to stick to deadlines
Compensation
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 8-12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
