Coordinate with team members to handle materials and maintain an organized, productive job site environment.
Execute manual tasks across various outdoor weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship standards.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to ensure consistent attendance at project sites.
Ownership of basic field gear, specifically work pants and steel-toed boots.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Prior hands-on experience in commercial or industrial construction.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in carpentry or construction are a plus.

Comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) starting at 40 hours, increasing with years of service up to 160 hours.
Eight paid holidays per year to ensure time with family and personal recharge.
Company-provided branded apparel, including heavy-duty sweatshirts, insulated winter coats, and required FR clothing.
Access to apprenticeship and mentor training programs to support specialized career growth.
Participation in annual performance and compensation reviews to ensure competitive market wages.
Inclusion in a "Total Business Optimization" roadmap featuring a custom-tailored benefits package launching in late 2026.
Referral bonus programs and unique perks such as annual company outings and rewards.
