Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our client's office operations. This role requires prior experience with QuickBooks to manage payroll and accounts payable, as well as handling a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and manage accounts payable using QuickBooks.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Order office supplies and maintain break room snacks.
  • Support management and staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (payroll & accounts payable required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
Schedule: Part Time (20-28 hours per week) between the hours of 9AM-5PM
Pay: $18-22/hr
