Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Account Coordinator:

• Compute, verify, and post-production info

• Close orders/run production reports

• Perform special assignments/projects to assist the Accounting Dept

• Process accounts payable/purchase orders to ensure payments to vendors are correctly charged to their accounts

• Assist in inventory and research/correct production issues for inventory control

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Must have at least 1-year related experience in Accounting

• Bachelor's degree

• Excellent math skills

• Excellent typing skills

• Office experience in manufacturing preferred

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must be skilled utilizing the standard office equipment (copier, fax, etc)

• Knowledge of print substrates, hardware and print methods

• Background check and Drug test required
