What You'll Do as a caregiver

• Assist with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep)
• Provide companionship & emotional support
• Support with mobility, safe transfers, and physical assistance
• Perform light housekeeping to keep homes safe & tidy
• Drive clients to appointments (only if you are comfortable with it, must have auto insurance)
• Errand Running (only if you are comfortable with it, must have auto insurance)
• Care for individuals with special needs or memory challenges
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers

Who Can Apply

Certified Caregivers (Preferred / Eligible for LTC Insurance & VA Clients):

• Certified : HHA, MA, RMA, CMA, PCT, Caregiver Certification, STNA, CNA, Dementia/Alzheimer's You'll , DSP, Palliative Care / End-of-Life Care Certification, Rehab Aide, Hospice Aid, Respite Care worker, or PCA required
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• Valid driver's license required for Alzheimer's transportation required
• Experienced in caregiving, long-term care, or home/community care
• Skilled in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Non-Certified Caregivers (Can work in caregiver roles for private pay clients):

• No formal certification required
• Must be compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn
• Can assist with daily living tasks, companionship, light housekeeping, and emotional support
• Cannot perform medical tasks (e.g., medication administration)
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a caregiver

Background check fee of $65 required for all applicants at the time of hire and onboarding.
