The Earning Potential
Because our guests enjoy a premium experience (average spend is $45+ per person ), our servers earn significantly more than the industry average.
Average Earnings: $25/hr (combined base pay + tips).
High-End: On busy shifts, top performers frequently exceed $30/hr .
The Floor: Even on slower days, you can expect to earn no less than $20/hr .
