KanDo Logistics Inc. is a Fedex ground contractor looking to hire more drivers in the Cleveland/Akron, OH area starting at $180-$200/day during the training period (depending on prior experience). Additionally we offer a weekly safety bonus for maintaining safe driving habits/minimal VEDR violations, good PPOD and no attendance issues. We also offer a very competitive stop bonus threshold. Our work environment includes:
- On-the-job training
- Casual work attire (Fedex Uniform)

Dispatch between 8-9am daily.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer.
- Deliver goods to customers in a timely manner.
- Load and unload goods from the truck.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delivery times, and customer service issues.
