How you'll make an impactThe Associate, Risk Management contributes to the risk management team's objective to optimize our cli ents' total cost of risk by compiling, scrubbing, and analyzing client information for annual risk manage ment processes, assisting in the coordination of broker and third party agreements, conducting premium audits, drafting risk management budgets, leading activities to obtain engineering services, assisting in the preparation of submissions and acquisition of coverage, and creating client reports. The Associate, Risk Management develops a broad exposure to the risk management industry by prospecting for and onboard ing new clients, conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and client management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile and ensure accuracy of client data for annual risk management
- Conduct Total Cost of Risk {TCOR) analyses and develop TCOR benchmark
- Communicate with brokers and clients throughout the renewal process to provide timely and accurate
- Communicate with third parties and assist in the vendor selection
- Assist in establishing broker agreements by communicating with brokers, analyzing broker selection da ta, compiling information for presentations to clients, and communicating information to
- Lead the engineering coordination process under the direction of a Manager, Risk Management or Senior Associate, Risk Management by organizing site visits and communicating with engineers and project managers.
- Present information and facilitate discussions with clients, brokers, underwriters, engineers, and other partners to fully inform all partners of the risk management annual process and to understand client needs and use the information to complete the clients' risk management processes.

- Maintain client files according to Risk International
- Participate in special projects to develop broad risk management

- Work cooperatively with other Risk International departments to ensure work is completed according to timelines and quality standards.
- Verify necessity of certificates of insurance and assist in their distribution to clients and third
- Assist in third-party administrator (TPA) selection and transition

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. Knowledge of statistics and other analytical tools.
