What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 35 years of experience in training, staff development, or healthcare program administration.
• Strong knowledge of CARF standards, Medicaid, and state regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Trainual), Microsoft Office Suite, and EHR systems preferred.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent credential is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
