Registered Nurse RN Float Pool
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift 3x12 Hours
Job Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN Float Pool nurse to provide patient care across multiple hospital units in a fast-paced environment. The RN will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective care.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Administer medications and treatments
- Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Respond to emergencies and maintain patient safety
- Use effective communication methods including SBAR
Requirements
- Active RN License required
- BLS Certification required
- Nursing Diploma required BSN preferred
- Acute care experience required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Float Pool experience preferred
