Camargo Cadillac is looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Automotive Technology & Delivery Specialist to help customers fall in love with their new Cadillac.

This isn’t a sales position. Instead, you’ll be the technology expert customers rely on as you demonstrate exciting vehicle features, connect smartphones, answer questions, and make sure every customer drives away feeling confident about their new vehicle.

If you’ve ever helped someone set up a phone, explain technology, or enjoy making complicated things easy to understand, you’ll fit right in.

No automotive experience required. We’ll provide all the paid training you need to become a Cadillac technology expert.

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour

• Welcome customers as they take delivery of their new Cadillac.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, infotainment, safety systems, and premium technology.
• Pair smartphones, set up Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi hotspot, navigation, and the Cadillac mobile app.
• Personalize vehicle settings and driver profiles.
• Answer technology questions in a simple, friendly, easy-to-understand way.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to provide additional support.
• Stay up to date on the latest Cadillac technology through paid manufacturer training.
• Help create an exceptional luxury ownership experience.

• Enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Is comfortable using smartphones, tablets, computers, and modern technology.
• Can explain technology clearly and patiently.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
• Is dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
