GENERAL ANESTHESIOLOGIST Private Practice | $500,000 + $26K Profit Sharing | 24-Hour Shifts | Youngstown, OH

A well-established private anesthesia practice in Youngstown, Ohio is seeking a skilled General Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative, physician-led team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You'll provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical caseload while medically supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) who are always in-house to support seamless care delivery. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $500,000 annually
• Profit Sharing: $26,000 per year
• Schedule: 2 twenty-four-hour shifts per week (days are negotiable and flexible)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients throughout surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Provide pre-operative evaluations, intra-operative management, and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Medically supervise CRNAs to maintain the highest standards of anesthesia safety and delivery
• Collaborate with surgeons, perioperative nurses, and the broader care team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all anesthesia services and patient encounters

Case Mix & Specialties

Your caseload will include a wide variety of surgical procedures, offering excellent clinical diversity:

• OB anesthesia
• Vascular and thoracic cases
• General surgery
• Healthy pediatrics
• Orthopedic procedures

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
