Clinical Supervisor
Who are you? You help when needed, even before you're asked:
You realize that when the people in your group need assistance, they sometimes don't want to ask. And so you step in with the spirit of camaraderie to get them past their obstacles. Your understanding style allows people to accept your leadership.

Support is more than a "motto" here. It's the way we function!
In our organization, everyone gives and gets the support that inspires us to perform at our best. We foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, where all people are respected for who they are, appreciated for their skills, and offered access to opportunity. Here, success is a team effort.
You are a caring and dedicated professional with a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology with an LISW-S or LPCC-S; experience in the DSM Diagnostic Assessment; knowledge of ODMHAS and Accreditation standards; 3+ years of supervisory experience.
In this role, you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.
You have the ability to obtain an Ohio Driver's License, maintain auto insurance, earn CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting.
Organizations win or lose based on customers' experiences. Join a winner!
We're a motivated bunch, but we love doing it, and our customers can tell that we do. If your managerial style inspires, our environment will inspire you. Our diverse staff is empowered to shape their futures in a welcoming environment filled with opportunity.
