In this role, you’ll connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You’ll help guide them through their options, assist with enrollment steps, and ensure they have a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Participate in scheduled virtual meetings via Zoom
Clearly explain available benefit options in a friendly, professional manner
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate digital records
Provide follow-up support to ensure a positive client experience
Engage in ongoing training and skill development
