We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who is passionate about helping customers and driven to succeed in a customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Present financing options and extended service products in a transparent, compliant, and customer-friendly manner

• Secure financing through a strong network of lenders while maintaining excellent relationships

• Ensure all deals are accurately completed, funded, and compliant with state and federal regulations

• Collaborate closely with sales and management to maximize potential while delivering exceptional guest experience

• Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism that reflect the Fairfield Volkswagen brand

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ Years of proven experience as an Automotive Finance or F&I Manager (VW or import experience a plus)

• Results driven

• Strong knowledge of dealership software (CDK, RouteOne, etc.)

• Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills

• Ability to manage paperwork, compliance, and deal flow with precision

• Positive attitude and team-player mentality

• Special Finance Experience a plus

• High school Graduate or Ged Equivalent
