Job Summary The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and availability of systems. This role involves a mix of hands-on technical support, systems administration, and coordination with vendors to maintain and improve IT operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and cloud-based applications.
• Coordinate with third-party Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to resolve escalated issues and implement IT projects.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, oversee procurement of hardware/software.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices, including cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users to enhance technology adoption and efficiency.
• Participate in planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
• Knowledge of standard cyber controls frameworks, including NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF), NIST 800.171, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and SOX ITGC control framework.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• A+ certification required; Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MS-900) strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of Sentinel One EDR management console
• Familiarity with Artic Wolf
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
• Must be highly self-motivated and an independent thinker
