Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of dental insurance billing and claims, ensuring seamless processing and maximum reimbursement for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and update patient insurance information accurately and efficiently.
• Process dental insurance claims electronically and on paper, following up as needed.
• Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and providers to resolve any billing issues.
• Educate patients on their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a dental office.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, codes, and terminology.
