Field Service Technician - Colorado

Job Description

We're looking for a Field Support Engineer who loves to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with technology. In this role, you'll provide both remote and onsite support for cutting-edge digital signage systems used by major brands, airports, and enterprise environments. You'll troubleshoot networks, build out Windows-based media systems, configure displays, and help customers keep their systems running flawlessly. You'll also assist with internal IT tasks and have access to a lab environment to test, experiment, and grow your skills.

Skills and Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MTA/MCSA are a plus (and we'll support you earning them if you don't have them yet).

1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience (including internships or co-ops).

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnets, VPNs, basic switch/router setup).

Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows PCs and software.

Strong troubleshooting instincts - you enjoy digging into a problem and figuring out how to fix it.

A love for technology, tinkering, and getting hands-on with gear

Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
