Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. This role involves handling customer interactions via chat, email, and phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions
- Assist with orders, account issues, and product information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
