Location: Columbus, OH | Schedule: ~10 Hours/Week (Flexible) | Pay: $20-30/hr DOE
Join Shadowbox Live—the nation’s largest full-time resident theater ensemble known for bold artistry, deep community impact, and groundbreaking programming. We're seeking a skilled, adaptable Maintenance Lead to keep our Columbus theater running safely and smoothly.
What You Bring:
A versatile handyman with experience in construction, facility maintenance, and specialty
cleaning
A proactive problem-solver who leads confidently within guidelines
Competency in ladder safety
Availability for flexible, onsite hours (~10/week)
Role Basics:
Maintain and troubleshoot facility needs, safely handle tools and ladders, and support our dynamic arts space. More hours possible for the right skill set.
