IT Help Desk Analyst
:
Must Have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Min 1 year of IT support, customer service and call center experience. This can be a combination of professional work experience, internships, academic projects/ coursework.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with Windows 11, Mobile Device Support (android iOS) experience, Networking certifications, Familiarity with Intune Microsoft Authenticator, Familiarity with Bomgar Remote application
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Associate (Required)
