Are you ready to make a meaningful impact by enabling a high-performing Sales team? Join us as a Senior Analyst, Enablement Tools and Processes, a critical member of the Nestlé Professional Solutions Sales Enablement team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant to Sales—providing strategic support, driving efficiencies, and unlocking more time for customer engagement. Your work will directly contribute to winning, growing, and retaining business while elevating sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
This role will be based in our Solon, Ohio office and report to the Senior Manager of Sales Training and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Communicate strategic plans and initiatives to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while effectively navigating ambiguity.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities with agility and speed.
- Maintain a strong focus on the needs of Foodservice customers and operators.
- Report on program impact and outcomes, providing robust recommendations and insights.
- Participate in—and occasionally lead—projects that drive organizational success.
Planning and Execution
- Manage and continuously enhance the Sales Enablement Platform to drive efficiency and growth, ensuring widespread adoption as the primary resource for our sales efforts.
- Collaborate across teams to develop and maintain effective selling tools that align with growth objectives.
- Proactively research and recommend solutions that enhance sales capabilities and maximize efficiency.
- Analyze, map, document, and optimize sales processes while evaluating performance metrics and engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Lead implementation of process improvements and champion change to ensure smooth adoption.
- Identify opportunities for sales automation and simplification, building business cases to influence prioritization.
Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Marketing, or Process Improvement or equivalent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Sales Enablement Platform experience a plus
- Experience and understanding of Foodservice channels, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 10%
