We're hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. You'll join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.

• Focus on what matters most : Provide exceptional client care while we manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition
• Enjoy scheduling flexibility : Design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs and maintain optimal work-life balance
• Scale your practice quickly : Build your caseload with steady client referrals during your first few weeks, with most clinicians reaching their ideal caseload within 4-6 weeks
• No-show and late cancellation reimbursement : Receive 50% reimbursement for late cancellations and no-shows
• Grow professionally : Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences
• Neurodiversity-affirming environment : Work alongside clinicians who share your commitment to neurodiversity-affirming approaches

• Set your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm
• No required evening, weekend or on-call hours
• Build your schedule around your life, not the other way around

• Hours: Provide 25+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 25+ clients
• Ideal for: Those who seek steady, predictable income that grows with your client base

• Hours: Provide 15+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 15+ clients
• Ideal For: Practitioners with existing commitments who want to diversify their practice or add specialized neurodiversity experience to your clinical portfolio
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate paid per session

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
