Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Facilities Coordinator oversees the daily maintenance, safety, and functionality of EBTH office and warehouse locations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for facility repairs, building vendors, asset management, and occupational health and safety compliance. Your goal is to provide a clean, safe, and highly efficient environment for our processing teams, warehouse staff, and corporate employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: Schedule routine inspections and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Vendor Coordination: Source, vet, and supervise external contractors, cleaning crews, and waste management services.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain OSHA compliance, manage fire safety systems, and update emergency response plans.
• Space Planning: Coordinate internal office moves, workstation setups, and warehouse layout optimization.
• Inventory Control: Track and restock facility supplies, cleaning materials, and safety equipment.
• Asset Tracking: Document and monitor building assets, specialized warehouse equipment, and maintenance logs.
• Expense Management: Review facility invoices, track utility usage, and assist with annual facility budgeting.
• Janitorial duties as needed.
• Painting as needed.
• Minor repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in facility coordination or warehouse operations. Property management experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with maintenance ticketing systems and basic hand tools for minor repairs.
• Regulations: Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, building codes, and fire safety regulations.
• Organization: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize urgent maintenance requests.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and walk warehouse floors daily.
• Equipment operation: Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment. Training is provided.
• Education: High school diploma required; certifications in facility management (e.g., FMP, CFM) are a plus.
