Phone Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide support for cash management products and services
- Assist clients with online and mobile application navigation and troubleshooting
- Respond to general account and financial-related questions
- Maintain key performance metrics in a high-volume environment
